August 2010 - It has been far too long between updates on this page!! Radway Right Royal (imp UK) has had his first foal born for the season, a wonderful dark chestnut colt from Hollydale Fancy Me. Congratulations to owner Michael Finlay on the birth of this colt. 

November 2009 - Unfortunately, the other news page died on us, so we’ve had to start a new one. Radway Right Royal (imp UK) is looking a treat and is currently happily running with a new visiting mare; Rhyl Scarletta. A big thank you to those who have sent mares to "Robbie" this season.

Dunelm Absolutions holiday is now well and truly over. Breaking is a task that we would usually do ourselves, but due Paige's new job which is rather hectic at the moment, we thought we would send him out to be broken. and thank Julie Bates for being so keen about taking Chad on. We may offer him for sale as a newcomer prospect in 2010. He has been extremely well handled and was shown lightly, with much success, as a foal and 2 year old. He had no yearling shows due to the EI outbreak. He stands at approx 12.3hh and is a lovely, dark chestnut. He is a nice moving pony and very pretty; has the potential to be a very good saddle prospect and later on, a child’s pony. He is also multi registered.

It was nice to hear that a former Yurrugar team mate, Salisbury Satine, foaled a beautiful foal in October. Congratulations to Brenton Park Stud. Yurrugar Pirouette, owned by Joan and Steph Bell/Belrose Park Stud, also became a first time mother in October. This beautifully bred mare produced a spectacular black colt by the UK imported stallion, Ainthorpe Graceful Sonnet.

September 2009 - Congratulations to Thorwood Dixieland and Cheraton Royal Scandal on their recent Royal Melbourne Show successes. Both ponies spent time at Yurrugar being broken in and educated. They are now proving their worth as top child’s ponies and are doing extremely well at the very highest level.
